Shot at Lime Rock CT - 2005 American Le Mans

I didn't have a lot of time - never got to as many sides of the track I had hoped. This is off the straight into Turn 1, I am on the inside.

I have been reading and lurking and have really been wanting to get back out to shoot... I am here for the inspiration of others photos in hopes it gets me out there again.

wow... no comments - I know lots of the regular guys are probably shooting or traveling from Thursday to Sunday - but it did have some views and no one had a comment...

Anywys. in C1 the Whites are just a little hot - but not blown.

Also - I prefre tight shots on these cars because you can see the driver in them.

Oh well.. I will wait it out :)

give it some time, there aren't a lot of folks here. I don't shoot much motor sports so I probably can't comment to much on the image. I do like the background, doesn't look like a race track :D

Thats probably the best and worst thing about Lime Rock... some photos you take there look like they could have been taken yesterday or 3 years ago.

I prefer the tight look of these cars and I can give it some time... I just noticed all the views and then noticed no comments... that was all :)

Sorry... I looked at it. I wasn't sure what you were looking for. There are no limits imposed regarding age of the photo.. but by the same token.. it's not new.. and it's not old.

I didn't critique the photo because you didn't ask... and like I said, I didn't see a any specific inquiry.

Yeah the DOF lost me on this one... I have 8x10s that look nice - but I did not go larger than that.
