Pals!

What a lovely weekend. A wonderful stay at the Sheraton, my wife helping me out carrying my gear and being with me all weekend (a super treat), good camaraderie in the media centre and of course, superb bike racing...

Site isn't updated yet, but whilst I'm waiting on things to batch I thought I'd throw up a few for those of you who might be into this sort of thing.

As always, I'm quite jealous...

What lens and settings did you use in the 2nd and 3rd shots?

Awesome.

I really like your super-wide angle stuff. Do you mind me asking what lens you are using to get those? I picked up a 17-40, but it's just not as wide as I'd like.

Hope to see you at M.O. next month, me and Terry will probably be running around together.

Hello Alexius..

Thank you for the comments. No need to be jealous though!!

The 2nd shot is taken with a 300f2.8 ISO200 1/800@f7.1 and the third is taken with a 300+1.4TC IS0200 1/200@F14

Both taken with 1DMK2N's

Hi Chris,

I use either a 15mm fisheye or (my real favourite) a Sigma 15-30 f3.5-f5.6 which is one of my favourite w/a lenses and the only non Canon lens I own.

Yes, I will be at MO (missing Miller sadly) as I will be covering the EMCO Classic for the track.

Jim and John, we'll be able to have a big APN group hug!

Andrew :)
