I'm doing an event soon, where I have the following dilemna.
Basically I have no problems with getting a selection of photos, and cropping them, resizing them or whatever. I do it most days of the week...
However, for this event want I want to try and do is as follows.
1. Download cards to laptop.
2. Go through and select the shots I want to use, and copy them to another folder.
3. This is where it gets tricky... I want to crop where necessary, and do whatever colour correction - BUT I want one copy that is high resolution, and relatively un-Photoshop, beyond any obvious flaws corrected. I then want a web sized version, with the potential to add a bit more saturation or other effects. A copy is then saved in two different locations.
Now I know I could just do them seperately, but that's a bit of a hassle. I'm thinking of using a couple of actions or something, i.e. first one crop, resize to hi-res, save. Then do whatever, another action to resize again and save elsewhere.
Dos that sound feasible...?
