Well, looks like Terry and John beat me to the punch, so here I am bringing up the rear. Finally got around to processing a few, just thought I would share.

Great stuff Chris! I love that last shot! I feel like a good number of these would look much more vibrant with just a small contrast curve in PS.

Nice, Chris. Number 3 looks pretty blown out, though, and I'd like a bit looser crop on 5.
You guys are making me wish that I had done Mid-O rather than Cleveland, the land of catch fences and overzealous security.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
I am glad #8 is getting some notice. I've been working on that concept for a while now at the Keyhole and at the Carousel, and this is the first one to turn out somewhat how I envisioned it. Now if I can get it more consistent so I don't nail one every six months.
Thanks again.

I like #4. It looks like the turn in at T2. So where were you standing to get that shot? And what lens? It had to be long---but just how long.
I just got back from running Mid-Ohio the week of Grand-Am and your pictures made me smile. I love that track so much. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Bill,
#4 was shot at the entrance to the Keyhole. They weren't running the chicane so I guess that would make it Turn2. I was using a 300mm w/a 1.4x teleconverter on a 1.3 crop body. Someone else can do the math on that little combo!:) It was the first time using that combo up there.
I've used the 300 straight up and it's not nearly long enough. By the time the cars get close enough to fill a decent portion of the frame they are turning into the Keyhole which blocks the view of the trailing cars further down the straight. I would say to do it right you would need a 400 or 500 minimum.
Thanks fors the comments

#8 is my favorite for the simple fact that it's not something I've seen before. I like the colors and sense of motion!
