Hello ... Thought I'd share some selects from shooting my first drifting event. C&C are welcome. I also noticed that there's a bit color shifting after I posted the pictures online. For more pictures feel free to visit the gallery here:

Action / pan images seem a bit soft. On the right track though. I'm not wild about the "gratuitous" angle on your statics. What's the point?

Normally.. I like to keep my critique and comments on a professional level, so forgive my weakness. Last photo... OMG. She is nothing short of spectacular!!! :)

Agree with John. All of your action stuff seems to have about the same angle. You might be tilting your head without even knowing it.... I don't think the angle is drastic, but something that should be noted for the future.

And Canadian women are ... um.... "muy bueno".

Oh my - if the next to the last shot is what I think it is I am totally envious of the camera/boom attachment. I've been wanting to do a drift/rig shot for too damn long now and that is exactly where I was thinking about putting the arm!

Oh and the last shot is definitely muy bueno.

Were you this guy here, standing next to me when the car about to hit the barrier?

Mike, here's the close up shot of the rig. They were also using suction cup w/ ball head I think holding a small camcorder on the hood.

Great pics. I like the angles, especially with Marco's car (the red G35). I was there too!

Different angle from the same crash
