I had a couple hours to drive and shoot a 1974 IROC-look 911 project car on GA 197 in August. Excellence: The Magazine About Porsche, December 2007, pp 84-90 (story and photos). Comments (especially those pertaining to working within a very limited timeframe) appreciated...

Lovely car! I was behind a green Carrera RS similarly set up, but with Duck tail, today.

Nice shots!

I love all the motion shots and I'm not too fond of the side-of-the-road shots. #5 is KILLER! Great stuff!

#2 and #5 are "Chapman", remind me of your work from Mosport.

I love the action shots and it is an awesome car. But in my opinion a car should never be photographed off pavement unless it is appropriate. A wrx, Evo, SUV, truck all would look fine o dirt..but this car would look much better on the road. Overall I think you have some great shots..and I will look in excellence for them.

good job..!

Great Stuff! I do like number 2 over number 1 though because you can see the roofline of the Porsche better as opposed to the bumper. Number 5 kicks butt! and I like 6 as well. I do agree though with the comments about the car being parked on the side of the road. Although the lighting and composition are wonderful, the fact that it is parked on the side of the road makes it feel more like a guy stopping on a road trip to take a picture of his car as opposed to a staged and setup photograph. Beautiful work nonetheless.

Nice car as well. :) :)

Beautiful shots of an awesome car. This is the car that Aines built - right?
