Does anyone have input on a good company to do print-on-demand 12-month wall calendars? I'm looking for the best balance of quality and price. I've looked at Cafe Press. I'm hoping for something better.

Not sure how many you need. I have found one company called printrunner high quality stuff. But you need to order 250 minimum.

I've done short run printing with Imagers (Imagers.com) here in Atlanta on their HP Indigo. It yields great results - price is so-so, but if you are doing short run and don't want to do a consumer-site (Shutterfly, Kinko's or the like) then it's an option.

I just learned of another printing company on saturday called PsPRINT.com. I was able to see the actual product the printing is very nice! I am thinking about using them for a Calendar I've been asked to have made.

I've used PSPrint several times... pretty good quality and pricing is good if you don't need quick turn-around.

I've used mpix the past two years for calendars and am very happy with the product. They have a few different options and I have always had good service.

I just got my calendar order from Mpix and I can't complain. The software to create the calendar isn't the best, but that's the only issue I had.

OK... I guess I'll have to share:
Folks... meet Zazzle. http://www.zazzle.com
Very impressive. $22.00 for a 14x11 (22 open) with a cover and proper wire-o binding. Print quality... SUPERB.
I ordered 15 calendars at noon on the Dec. 7 and they shipped today at 5pm.

Mpix seems like a much better deal, but I would be curious to compare the print quality. I am very happy with the quality of Mpix (given the product) and I'm used to WHCC quality. I'd love to use WHCC but it isn't an option for this.
Mpix offers 12x18 with a cover page and the same binding material (metal o) for 17.30 in that quantity. Next day Fed Ex shipping was $9 regardless of quantity. I ordered last week on Sun night and it was here Tues morning.
8.5x11 is the same pricing (which doesn't make much sense to me) and it has the standard middle binding.
I really like that the 12x18 are single page top bound, no middle binding. Makes the calendar much more impactful.

I paid around $18 for the 15 quantity. 1 is $22 - should mention they have quite a few choices in the actual calendar page too.

Have you ever had problems with Zazzle and "IP violations"? A few PODs (Zazzle and Cafepress in particular) have had some shopkeepers images removed for IP violations when using images of Ford cars recently. Also, I don't care for Zazzle's TOS.
Has anyone tried Lulu?

I have tried Lulu. They are cheap, and the results mirror the price, in my opinion.
