Finally made it home after a few weeks on the road and thought I might put a few shots from a great weekend up for some comments..

Very nice. I would have liked more variety in the shots, but these came out very well.

In themselves, they're nice enough, but you're shooting a sport with about as much close action as you could want, and plenty of stories to tell.. Whilst there's a time and place for the single bike, in your face, stuff.. The criticism I have of a lot of people shooting bikes like this is that.. a) the stuff looks a bit "samey" and b) they just don't illustrate the sport..

I was just looking at this Moto GP coverage from last night..

OK.. The Casey Stoner lead shot is a single bike shot.. but it is a bit tasty (it's shot a lot slower than yours, so you get a lot of motion in the picture).. but look at the rest.. they're mostly relevant race action (I like the 250 shot they used..) and illustrate the race/sport..

There must be an opportunity to get fantastic start shots..?

Oh well, just my thoughts...
