AMA at the Point!

Yes Iknow it is called Infineon Raceway but I still like the old name mainly because if someone asked where you were over the weekend and you told them Sears Point they knew what you were talking about. Anyway here is my take on this past weekend of racing where we saw record teperatures and three different series all holding races at the same place and almost time. We had the AMA Superbike series as well as the Red Bull Rookies Cup, Supermoto USA and Outdoor Motocross which made for a lot of dust. You could not be in the same place and be able to cover everythinh. It was nice being able to see Todd Corzett back at work as his images inspire everyone and the ever present Andrew Wheeler for his dry wit and his wry comments.

Great shot of the flag and the Red Bull Rookie 'briefing'... very nice use of the wide angle lens. Great on-track action as well. Very glad to get back to the track, all the photographers really make an event fun (even in the heat).
