Here is some quickies I did today at a locale down the street from my house. Of course as soon as I got out of the house the light went bad on me, but sort of liked the moodiness of them :(

nice! Only thing I would have done different is a double exposure, and blended in a darker exposure with the headlights off to get more detail in the lights. Or trip a double exposure with them off if you were using film :D

Didn't want to spend that much time on it ;)

Actually shot it in the afternoon. It was sunny when I got ambitious, but by the time I got my act together and into the car, the fog had rolled in. My ambition went away, but needed to get something of the car anyway LOL

yup, like the second one best :-) i see some ringing around the car though, from shadow/highlight tool, or masking?

Ehh, wrong, Monsieur Halo police... no masking or shadow highlight involved ;)

ah, guess it's just something in the actual lighting then? Looks strange to me though! Carry on :D

I think it's just the colour of the bricks in the background that caused that illusion. I can see what you're pointing to in both pictures as well, particularly around the roll hoop area; but it's not consistent around the entire car.
