Nice stuff!!! I'll let the beauty shop guys rip them up for you... but I like them! :)

#6 is a sweet shot. I'm going to have to remember that one :) I'm still trying to determine whether or not I like the over-exposed A-pillar guages.

The at-speed shots are fantastic. I think the angle of #3 is a little strong, but that could just be my opinion :)

The plate in #2 draws my eye, and it's out of focus.

in the first shot, I would bring out the headlights a bit more, the front end seems to be getting lost (this is part of the trouble shooting back-lit black cars!) The rear shot (#2) works good I think, because the tail lights and the license plate are there to fill in the black void, along with the little bit more reflection detail on the bumper.

Nice rolling series, I think they work pretty good :)

The steering wheel shot doesn't seem to be anything special, looks more like a snap shot compared to the rest of the shots.

Just my personal opinion, but I would pull the orange gradients farther down in the 1st and 2nd shots, they look a bit short right now maybe? Let it fade out longer :)

#6 is a classic.

The orange grad is a little heavy, imo. Look at the clean side in the rear 3/4 car to car shot and try to get the same clean horizon in the front 3/4 shot.

Very nice!!

On #1, the front is too dark. You could probably bring some of it back with PS. #5 looks rather boring to me. If the gauges were lit, I think it would've made a big difference!

And the rig shot...don't change a bit! I love it!!

Consistently sweet shots from you Drew.

On 1 & 2, the front and back (respectively) are too dark. the loose too much detail.

Great rolling shots in 3 & 4. Nice crisp and great color. I've yet to try rolling shots... but studying yours helps.

5 is meh, uninteresting, although technically great.

6 I love. I wish the car was dead center though. It's a little left side heavy. The guages also really stand out to me, but that's an easy fix in PS. How did you get the camera so high? What rig system are you using?

I used a simple suction cup and pole rig attached at three points on the trunk - I've always wanted to do that shot with a convertible because it's one of the few rig shots that I think looks good that doesn't have to include the whole car. It was hard getting the composition because the camera was so high - I had to shoot and recompose beforehand several times. Next time I want to try shining some light into the interior of the car to make it stand out more. I had to use a 25 second exposure, and there was still a lot of detail lost in the car.

JT,

The problem with your edit is that the RPMs were at zero. :D

I think the gradient should fade further down on the first two also. The second shot has some crazy reflection in the left rear fender that I can't get my eye off of. The rolling shots are nice but the sky is a bit blown out. I like the last rig shot but same thing about the sky.
