We've made a subtle to change to the front page of APN... the front page will now feature news updates with a breif "welcome" introduction at the top of the page. The image that accompanies the introduction will be changed each month to refelct the winning image from the previous month's assignment winner. The caption will include the winners name, the month, the theme and a link to Monthly Assignment winners Gallery.

Make sure you participate in the Monthly Assignments. Remember, it's a wasted day if it goes by without learning something. The Monthly Assginments embodied the purpose of this board... to share and learn. Get involved.

Yeah... that's new. We haven't added the Monthly Assignment winner yet, since the voting isn't over. But it will replace the image that's there.

Prior to yesterday, the entrance page to the site was an introduction and an explanation of the account upgrades. News was a page by itself.

So, it sounds like you are seeing the appropriate NEW front page. And, to be honest, I'm glad the change was subtle enough that it went unnoticed. Wouldn't want to besmirch your APN Experience. :)
