I'll be there again this year!

Hope to meet some fellow APNers as well.

I live in Atlanta and it has rained here for a solid week and they are saying its going to rain until Tuesday of next week.

I am fine with that as long as its dry Wednesday thru Saturday!

(Just to be safe, I bought a KATA e-702 raincover so I can keep shooting even in the rain)

Have fun! I wish I was going again, but blew my travel budget elsewhere. Grrr... Maybe next year.

First time this year for me. It has rained at every sports car race I've been to this year, so I don't expect anything different this trip.

After nearly 2 years of not shooting a race, I'm finally breaking the dry spell this year with PLM. I'll be there with rain cover and rubber boots in tow!

I'll be there, but on the wrong side of the fence :( I'll be the one in the china man hat feel free to introduce your self. i would like to get some tips from the pros.

I will be there Fri. & Sat. That is if I can make through all the flooded streets and rivers as depicted on the weather reports.:D

did anyone catch the Acura wreck on Thursday? Holy hell! In the video, there was a Black &Orange vested photographer near the crash...

I took loads of pics ans waited out the race as long as I could.... damned rain. Glad I went up on Thursday Morning!

I was right there but shooting the opposite way so I didnt get it. one 'tog I talked to said he got a few frames of it.

Apparently Gayle Brock got most of, if not the entire sequence. Peter said her work was picked up at enough places to pay their weekend expenses.
