HI Guys,

I posted this one earlier in a series from the PCA Club racing in Daytona. I wanted to get some feedback on which version is more effective (or if it's even close at all!). I like the original because there's much more sense of the clouds. But I wonder of the car is almost lost in it. The cropped version loses a lot of the clouds though. Anyway, I would appreciate your honest opinions.

Thanks,
-Blake

For me, the wider one has much more impact. I just wish it weren't so centered. Lower in the frame would have added more of that interesting sky, too.

What he said. The first shot, but move the car lower to show more of the sky.

+3. Nice shot. Having the car lower would make it!

Thanks guys for the comments. That's what was bugging me about it, just couldn't put my finger on it. Funny thing is I was thinking "sky, sky..." when I was shooting this series. I didn't have much confidence that I was going to get anything at 1/25 so I didn't shoot that much there and this one just didn't have enough sky.

Here's another that's not as wide and slow, and I cropped it just a bit. If I could have just combined the two ideas...lesson learned!
