This might be a nice trip for some of you guys, I'm thinking about going to this myself. The photographer for Chromasia, David Nightengale, is arranging a weekend long shooting and post production tutorial in Blackpool, England. The weekend begins with dinner on Friday, then breakfast, a working session in a studio with provided macs and PC's, lunch, then the afternoon is in the field shooting. Saturday ends with dinner.

Sunday is breakfast again, and a working session processing Saturdays shots in the studio, followed by a pub lunch. All meals, tuition and hotel is included in a price of 350 pounds (about $700). I personally think David Nightengale is one of the better Photoshop pros around, check out his work at http://www.chromasia.com/iblog/

So, why should you care? Well you do know what company is located in Blackpool, England...don't you?

The date is TBD, details are being discussed on Chromasia's site. Follow the tutorial link on their site to the forums

Except TVR is closing the plant and rumored to possibly be going out of business.

Blackpool is a bit of an armpit too

I hadn't heard that about TVR, that sucks. I thought they were doing well since they had the last management change. :(

And I live in New Jersey, so I imagine Blackpool would seem nice by comparison.
