Does anyone have any experience with this AC/DC pack and head combo? I'm looking for likes/dislikes and samples.

Thanks.

I have used them as an assistant for a photographer that owns them. He LOVES them and swears by them. I found them to be very nice, provide a nice consistent light, easy to use, compact, and built really well. Batteries seem to last decently long, but you would probably want at least one extra for most shoots to be safe.

I have a buddy that bought a set and LOVES them. If I weren't sponsored by another company I'd probably buy a set. They work well on location. All location strobes are limited by battery technology, but Hensel Porty's seem really good from what I've heard from my friend and reading others' experience.

Hensels are really nice. I have them available to use through my school. We have 10 porty packs and I have been using them alot lately (I am in the first advertising class and its alot of peple shooting). I have not used them on a car yet, but I love the pack. With the built in reciever and the transmiter it is just to cool for school to be able to adjust the output from the camera, and be able to turn on and off the modeling light from the camera as well. I find the accessories to awsome and for people stuff, the beautydish is amazing. If you got the cash I would definatly recomend them.

Not a car, but was using the hensel's
