LA Assistant Search

I was talking to my good friend Morgan about trying to find assistants, we have both been using the same guy but he is moving on to other things so now we need to find someone. We don't work together but both have work coming up for the next few months so the right person could work for either or both of us. There will be editorial type shoots and some corporate / PR / Adv type shoots as well.
A knowledge of both Nikon and Canon is useful, attention to detail is important, the ability to drive a manual transmission is handy, an interest in car photography is essential. We both have hired some real douches in the past so being someone who is easy to get a long with all day is key. Some one who doesn't text constantly on the job will go to the head of the line...

If you live in the west LA, Santa Monica, South Bay area it's better than if you live in Temecula or Valencia.
