I've got an edit plug-in called TiltShift. Cheesy but I like playing with it. Bought it maybe a year ago. Recently it just stopped working, with Aperture complaining that it won't load. Its still on the disk, but I see the plug-in has vanished from the Apple Aperture downloads page and I'm wondering if that is coincidence or not. Do plug-ins try to validate themselves? And if the company is out of biz (speculation) would that keep a plug-in from working? Or are there other explanations as to why it isn't loading?
Oddly, none of my edit plug-ins are in the Edit folder of the Plug Ins directory, but they work. The export plug-in I have is in the Export directory. odd.
