Just bought a 300 2.8 L IS and I thought I’d take it out for a test run at Spa-Francorchamps. Till now my primary lens for motorsport was a 100-400 L. It served me well but it was time to move on.
This past weekend was the Spa 6 Hours Historic, a lot a classics cars were on display. I enjoyed the pre war cars and the F1 cars from the 60’s and 70’s. The pre war cars (1926-1939) were quicker than I thought they’d be, hitting top speeds of about 120 mph.
