New member here. Shot these over the weekend. These were shot with a Kodak 6.1 MP EasyShare Z760 and altered slightly in PS.

Pretty strong contrast.... and the first one appears severely overexposed. Just seems the highlights are blown out on them all.... with the exception of #3.

I like the location and compositions for the most part, though.

That's kinda what I was going for actually. The time of the day wasn't real great (noon).

I've gotten pretty much the same response from others about the overexposure. So I think I'll make some other adjustments in PS.

If the highlights are blown in the original photos, it won't matter what you do in PS. You'll need to get out there and shoot it again with correct exposure.

I think the third one has some potential First off, I'd straighten the horizon line. Secondly, if I were to add contrast, I'd do it with layer mask so I could keep the sky. Skies are very powerful in photos, why blow it out?

No unfortunatly I wasn't. I wasn't able to make it out to many events this year. Kind of a bummer.
