I found this really neat, modern location and got together with a few friends. These are some of the shots I got in before the toy cops arrived on scene :p Please let me know what you like/dislike about the shots :)

I really like the first one! Great color to the sky, nice background. The side of the car (door area) is a little dark, maybe you can bring it out just a little bit more. Otherwise, that's a beautiful shot!

The second one, I'm not really feeling it. It's kinda cool how the car is "boxed in" but the color are too similar. I get kinda lost in the frame.

Thanks Michael! I'll try to bring a little bit more out of the BMW Shot. As for the 300C shot, the selective coloring is sort of what I was going for. I have a color version that perhaps I'll post up. I appreciate the feedback!

Ya, I'm sure the Chihuli people did not like the cars in that area!:D

What the hell does Chihuli mean? Is that a kind of chilli? Hmmmm, Chilli...

I really like the second shot, but nothing wrong with the first one either (well except that maybe the car is a bit too dark, but that's OK if you meant it to look that way).

Awsome location.

Awsome location. I thought it was worth repeating.

Mark these are both very nice shots. I admire the locations (wished we had some of those here).

Both pretty cool... I think I'd like to see them brought forward and split the difference between the camera and the background.

Good work.

We have a massive 2-story Chihuli sculpture in our lobby. Our CEO loves the crap....and I think, well take a guess.

Anyways, I love the location, especially the first. I'd second JT's comment with the depth in the second image. I do like the sort of monochromatic selective color thing going on and have been playing with that a little myself.

Thanks for the CC all! For those of you who don't know, Chihuli is a famous glass sculpter, and the Pac NW is craazy about him. Obviously Keith won't be laying a couple hundred thousand down for any of his suff :) Hell, neither will I!!!

I agree about bringing both subjects forward in the frames, and lightening up the door on the 5'er. Thanks for the help!
