Upgraded software and rebuilt the database.

I'm sure some of you have noticed an occassional database problem over the last couple of days, and I finally traced the problem down. I went ahead and upgraded to vB 3.5.7, and am holding off on the 3.6.x upgrade till I can see what it will affect as far as our customizations.

That said, the db errors should be a thing of the past, and everything should be much more reliable.
