Just picked up my first DSLR about 3 days ago and got a chance to test it out yesterday. Debated on the 30D but settled for an XTi to save a little extra towards the lens i really want. This was shot using a Sigma 70-300mm F4.0-5.6 but my goal is a 70-200 F2.8L unless someone can suggest anything as good for less?
Shot in medium .jpg mode and softened with photoshop. Not sure i like the result but since i wasn't using a tripod it didn't come out quite as crisp as i anticipated...
